BM series refiner is a key machine in the manufacturing of MDF/HDF board and paper & pulp. Through years of independent innovation and continuous improvement, it can meet a need of productive capacity for 50,000-200,000m3/y MDF/HDF production line, it has the most complete models which includes six different sizes 42、44、48、50、54 and 58 inches, its technology is in the leading position in China, and has reached the international advanced level. 
The pressurized refiner has the following main innovations and key technology;
(1) Main shaft adopts the patents from national institutes; 
(2) For vary productive capacity, the thrust bearing employs SKF or NSK brand; (3) Use domestic mechanical seal and its cooling system;
(4) Use extrusion plug screw with high-efficiency de-water structure; 
(5) Grinding plate employs optimized teeth shape; 
(6) Compact machine structure, high running precision, easy to maintenance;
(7) Reliable hydraulic and electric control inter-lock system;
(8) Heat expansion auto-compensation system is equipped with.
