According to the announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. applied for a project named "Production Method of ER135L Martensitic Stainless Steel Wire Rod for Welding", the publication number is CN117139924A, and the application date is August 2023.

 

The patent abstract shows that the present invention discloses a production method for welding ER135L martensitic stainless steel wire rods, which includes: selecting ER135L martensitic stainless steel billets as raw materials, heating them in a stepper heating furnace, heating the first stage at a temperature of 950-1100 ℃, heating the second stage at a temperature of 1200-1260 ℃, and soaking the heating stage at a temperature of 1200-1240 ℃. The billet is rolled using a two roll reversible billet opening machine, and the rolling temperature is 1100-1200 ℃, Rolling into round steel through 9 or 11 passes, then entering the high-speed wire continuous rolling mill to roll into coils, with a wire drawing temperature of 1050-1150 ℃. After wire drawing, it is immediately cooled by water spray to below 50 ℃ before being rolled into coils; Load the coil into the heat treatment furnace, raise the temperature at a rate of 50-100 ℃ to 640-660 ℃, keep it warm for 4-6 hours, cool it down to 400 ℃ with the furnace, and then air cool it out of the furnace for 6-8 hours; Then, heat the coil again to 640-660 ℃, keep it warm for 4-6 hours, cool it in the furnace to below 400 ℃, and then remove it from the furnace for air cooling, followed by acid washing of the coil. The wire rod produced by the method of the present invention has a uniform metallographic structure, high ductility, good plasticity, and low tensile strength, meeting the requirements of users.
